By using the services of Phase 2 Explore, you agree to the following:

1. Role as Travel Advisor
Phase 2 Explore is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel. We assist with planning and booking travel but do not own or operate travel suppliers such as cruise lines, hotels, airlines, or tour providers.

2. Supplier Responsibility
All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or any issues caused by these suppliers.

3. Pricing & Availability
Travel prices and availability may change at any time until a booking is confirmed. Final pricing is determined by the travel supplier.

4. Payments
All payments are made directly to the travel supplier. Phase 2 Explore does not hold or process client funds.

5. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation for travel, including valid identification, passports, and any required visas.

6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip against unexpected events.

7. Communication & Planning
By contacting Phase 2 Explore, you agree to receive communication regarding your travel inquiry.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with travel planning or booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

9. California Seller of Travel Disclosure
Phase 2 Explore Travel is registered as a seller of travel in the State of California. CST #2151995-50
Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

All travel services are provided by third-party suppliers. Phase 2 Explore Travel does not hold client funds.
